Colocation FAQ's

Colocation is where you (the customer) bring your own equipment to our datacentre. This can range from one single server to multiple servers and network devices.
We can support single 1U servers through to multiple racks. Either you bring your equipment to our datacentre or you can send it to be racked up here. You then use our facilities (power, network, cooling) and we charge based on the equipment/space/power used.

Dedicated Server FAQ's

A Dedicated Server is a configurable server that you rent from us, housed in our datacentre which you have exclusive access to. Your server resources
are not shared with any other user. These are ideal for when you want complete access and control over your server and resources.

A Virtual Server, also known as a VPS or virtual machine (VPS or VM). Virtual Servers typically sit on a physical host and it's resources are shared between all the
Virtual Servers that sit on it. We host our own Virtual Server environment here at Media Datacentre.
Billing FAQ's

Most of our basic services are billing monthly, we do accept annual payments and for custom services, there may be a minimum contract term.
The minimum contract term will be indicated next to the service you are purchasing.
We accept most credit and debit cards, we also accept PayPal.
